The burbs are still going strong.  The inner ring burbs to the north have rents going up and up.  Prices are making a comeback also.  Life is good in Michigan

Scott I am still waiting for my fair share. I disputed the amount and the amount was too large so I am still waiting. 4 years. smh.

I think Poker is comparable to REI. You must figure and refigure with every problem that comes up in REI. Just like every new card you need to adjust to what is most probable. I wasn't even that good and still won money with Poker.

Live poker can be very depressing sitting with a bunch of degenerates LOL.

Starting next week but you don't have a contractor?  Doesn't look like you are starting anytime soon.  You don't want to hire a contractor that can "start right away".  In other words they are not busy at all

Plenty of properties at the tax sale not in Detroit.  Should find info on wayne counties web page.

They do theirs online don't they?

welcome.  I see you from Trenton.  That's a nice little spot down there.  I am in Lincoln Park at the moment.

Lots of Michigan people are on BP.  Look for Michigan Real Estate Investors on FB.  We have group meetups every month

Regular people are shut out of downtown and midtown.  The next build up I think is going to be behind the MotorCity Casino.  Many properties are already cleared out.  This would connect to Corktown.  Also right next to a huge development for the new Wings arena.

It has a good chance since most of it is already gone and there will be massive investment right in that area.  Corktown is such a cool little neighborhood.  Can't even find one for sale in the area
