I have a new construction executive town that's nearing completion and ready to lease this November, in Paris Ontario Canada. I'd like to advertise the listing in a few reputable places. Currently, my ad is on Kijiji but I'd like to put it out there to higher-end prospects - I'm just not sure where to start.

The property is 5 minutes from Highway 403, 15 minutes from Brantford, 35 minutes from Kitchener/Waterloo, 40 minutes from Hamilton, less than 1hr from Mississauga, and 1hr from London.

Any advise on best places to list would be greatly appreciated!

@Brie Schmidt I attended the Real Estate Wealth Expo in Toronto on Saturday March 18th and in my opinion, it was WELL WORTH the $39 bucks! Actually, we got more than our monies worth because it went over schedule by 2 hours ...Ok, that part wasn't the coolest, at least not to my dog who had his legs crossed by the time we got home :P

I agree with @Luc Boiron and @Larry Smet's points, and if I may add, some parts of it vaguely reminded me of 'that time in Mexico' when I got nabbed by timeshare sharks lol

Sharks and such aside, it was an incredibly informative and motivating event - and yes per @Michael Ramzy, lots and tons of note taking!!

@Brie Schmidt I highly recommend attending if you have an opportunity!!

Hi there!

I live in Paris ON Canada. I'm currently working on my second real estate rental property deal - a 'new build' condo in Paris. I'd like to do another deal after that - preferably sooner than later!!

I attended the Real Estate Wealth Expo in Toronto on March 18, 2017 and man did I learn a lot!! I highly recommend attending that event if it comes to a city near you!!

I'd love to become involved in a real estate investors group in the Waterloo or Brant Region. I believe a real estate networking group will be key to fast tracking this rig! I LOVE BP but feel I would definitely benefit from some Canadian based tools and resources too!

If there's a group out there with a seat to spare, let me know, I'm in!!
