Hello neighbour @Rick Lachance! 

I live in Paris ON Canada. I'm currently working on my second real estate deal - a 'new build' condo in Paris. I was at the Real Estate Wealth Expo in Toronto this past weekend and man did I learn a lot!! One thing that stands out is that Hamilton is a very hot market to get into right now!!!

I'd love to become involved in a real estate investors group in our area. I believe it will be key to fast tracking this rig! I LOVE BP but would definitely like to dial into more Canadian based tools and resources too!

Let me know if you find a group near us and I'll be sure to do the same!
