@Raymond J. Rodrigues. Stop commenting and wasting people's time on how you can provide people with information, but when you are asked, you do not respond.

@Bruce Weyer PM me and I will be glad to answer your questions.  @Rob Krin I like the Jacksonville market. I am primarily into buy and hold. Price to rent ratio is awesome.

All liens are wiped away except for IRS and tax liens. Check the county recorder's office for the house you want to bid on to make sure it does not have any IRS liens recorded against it.

No i did not. I used a handy man.

I have bought a couple of properties on the Duval county website realforeclosure .com. I flipped those properties. I plan on buying more soon. When you buy at the foreclosure, it wipes out all liens except for IRS and county tax liens. If a lien wasn't recorded with the county against the property, then it doesn't exist. This is public information at the Duval county clerk of courts website. PM me if you have further questions.
