I agree with the other contributors. They are both responsible for the terms of their lease. In the past I had roommates that became unbearable. I notified my landlord of my intent to vacate the premises and moved out. Years later I discovered that my previous roommate and I were evicted in landlord-tenant court. I paid the judgment just to be free of the whole situation and learned a very valuable lesson.

Hi @Steve Reiley. I work in a brokerage and know plenty of agents that went through Polley. Have you also looked into Philadelphia Community College? They may be more cost effective than the other programs.
