Hello Armando,

Let’s set up a call tomorrow to discuss units.  It’s my personal TRIPLEX and it’s paid in full with clear title/deed.  I’m cashing out on most of my units and have this TRIPLEX & a DUPLEX in Terrell.  Both are cash machines and currently have great tenants with rising rents.  The City of Terrell has eliminated anymore multi-family permits moving forward.  Mine are grandfathered in and are nice all brick structures.  I’ve had a lot of people reach out to me with interest but most were not financially capable to close the deal.  I’ve had 2 contracts that were mostly a huge waste of my time.  I’d be happy to discuss more about these units over these phone.  Call anytime
