On this month's call, my partner Bob and I will be discussing REO disposition and finance with special guest Kevin Earnest, Senior Vice President of DLP (Dream Live Prosper) – a family of real estate companies that ranked as #1530 on this year’s Inc. 5000 list of the fastest-growing private companies in the United States.

Kevin’s role at the company started as Senior Vice President of Direct Lending Partners, a business arm that originates short-term real estate loans for the purpose of acquiring and renovating distressed residential real estate. By offering direct funding, they can utilize an efficient and practical approach to underwriting that allows them to fund deals that banks cannot.

Kevin's experience in REO disposition and finance is derived from decades of experience as a licensed General Contractor, Real Estate Broker, and as an SVP of Operations at First National Bank of Bar Harbor. Kevin holds a B.B.A. in Business Administration and Management from the University of Central Florida, as well as a MBA in Business and Finance from the University of Maine.
