How can u get a realtor to work with you when u first starting out? I called realtors to ask them can they give me comps in a certain area and they never call me back? What can I say or do for them to work with me. Should I get my license? Please help?

Hi everyone, I'm a newbie investor in Albuquerque, NM. I'm having so much trouble building a cash buyer list. Someone suggest doing a ghost ad and I tried that I got a couple of calls, but when I ask can I put them on my buyers list they don't reply back. What am I doing wrong. How do I approach to other investors on craiglist I just don't know what to say. I'm don't the best communication skills. Please help?
