Need help title company!
Hi, my name is lakeesha! I'm a new investor in the Albuquerque area. I am having a real hard time finding title companies that does double closing and assignments. If anyone can give me any advice on how to find these title companies. Or any investors in my area to help me. I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks,

That's the problem with made up terms like "wet funds". Nobody really knows what it means. If you mean "I want a title company that will let me do two back to back closings using only the end buyer's funds", it is essential you say that. Especially to a title company. Use guru language like wet funds and they're going to say "no" rather than bother trying to figure out what you really want.
Few title companies will do a closing using only the end buyer's funds. More will do a closing where you (a wholesaler) brings funds to close your purchase from the seller. Then the end buyer buys from you with their funds. Those go to pay off your loan. Whatever's left is your profit. That loan is usually called a "transactional loan". Ask a title company if they will do that and you may have better luck than trying to find one that will use the end buyer's money.
