I have 4 rental properties (located in 2 different states) and I am a partner in an LLC. I also have a W2 job. I am looking to see how much does a good real estate investor friendly CPA service would cost me.

Also, I would appreciate any recommendation on good CPAs who can do tax planning and preparation.

@Basit Siddiqi  - Thanks for the feedback. I am not sure how much experience my accountant has but he has been preparing my taxes for more than 8 years. Back then my taxes were very simple. Although he did my taxes for the last few years with my rentals, I wanted to see if I am leaving any money on the table by not using all possible depreciations.
