I’m interested in networking and connecting with folks in the Southern California area to learn more about first time home buying and the real estate market. Would love to sit in on a conference for example and learn..

Any available??

@Russell Brazil can you explain more on this?

Found this price online.

Is this real??

Hello all!

I bank with an online bank.. major bank and am considering a credit union.

I have some debt to pay off.. taking the next step to save for my first house (to househack).

Would it be wise to enroll with a credit union to ask for a loan to pay off debt and possibly help with the first home?

Thanks in advance for the advice!

Living here in Southern California, by the way.

My credit score is currently poor. I’ve taken every step to get it on track and want to buy my first home a 1-2 from now. I’ve done nothing major aside from continuing to raise my credit.

I have 15k in debt but I’m chopping away at it.

Do you think raising my credit to excellent and showing zero debt will put me in a good position in lenders eyes to put down on a home?

Thank you!
