No my first guess is it is an auction property or short sale that just got listed for the starting bid or amount owed. Second guess is that it is a mobile home. Third guess is it has fire damage or massive liens that need to be handled by the buyer. Doesn't mean you can't get it for a good price just probably not that good of a price.
