As a newbie in the industry, I would like to have following information. If you have any, can you please share? 

1. Is there any regularly scheduled meet up for wholesaling professionals?

2. Can you please recommend and good direct mail agency in Chicago area? 

3. Can you please recommend any contractors in west suburb area? I am focusing on 1 ~ 2 bd attached single flips.
