For Minnesota you can do this with a non-exclusive contract, however another agent cannot list your home if you signed an exclusive contract.

I agree with @Fred Tu. Have a conversation with your current agent and see if they would allow you to cancel the agreement and sign a non-exclusive contract allowing for multiple agents to list the property. Most agents will allow this b/c they realize they would rather be on good terms with the client than have another listing that the seller does not want to sell anymore b/c of a refusal to cancel a contract.

Best of luck.

@Christina Wrightsman

Welcome Christina!

I am a Real Estate agent in the MPLS/St.Paul area. I would love to meet with you sometime and talk about the market, investment opportunities, and what I can do to help you. With low interest rates it is a great time to borrow money for an investment property. I am currently working with 2 investors and have worked with others in the past.

Let me know your schedule and I'd love to meet up. Again, welcome to BP!!! This place is a wealth of information.

@Samir Penkar welcome to BP! I am a real estate agent in the Minneapolis and St. Paul Area. I'd love to grab coffee sometime and connect. Why are you specifically wanting raw land?

Have you looked into rental properties?

I invest in college rentals.  I have my 3rd under contract right now.  On my first property, I wasn't sure it was right for me.  But I learned a lot with that first deal and have used that knowledge & network to create a strategy that has worked for me.

If you'd like to discuss this topic one-on-one or have any specific questions I can answer, feel free to PM me!

 Thanks Tiffany
