Hi @Javier Sanmiguel!!

I am a full-time agent and work a lot with investors throughout Minneapolis and St. Paul.

I'd be more than happy to meet sometime and grab a cup of coffee. I also work with a lot of Pre-MLS properties which can help with multi-families and getting that at a reasonable price in our current market.

Here to help,

Sam

@Isaac Kuehn,

I love your motivation and how proactive you are with the idea of jumping into real estate.

I was in a very similar situation as you and wanting to jump into the game at a young age.

If you need any help/advice about our current market and to brainstorm strategies, feel free to reach out. I'd love to meet up and connect with another younger guy. You seem like a "go getter"!

@Collin Mayer

Hey Collin!

Have any luck finding a property? I know that this was a year ago, but thought I should reach out.

I own a rental and would love to share my analysis.

You can ask for sure.

If your agent is scared of that answer or defensive than be concerned.

Shoot me a PM if you want me to explain it in detail.

Financing.

Simply the most important thing starting out. If you don't even have your "ticket to play the game" then any dreams/hopes can't come to fruition with acquiring a rental.

Get a solid job. Build credit. Save for a downpayment.

@Dan Quealy

Shoot me a PM! I'd love to try and help inform you on the process and good locations to look for investment properties. I currently own one. I wouldn't mind sharing my experience, cashflow/analysis and financing types.

Here to help!
