I'd also like to take a look at your website. In addition, while we're waiting, @Andrew Strauss please feel free to take a look at my site [REMOVED] and let me know what you think.
Try doing a google search for "FARBAR AS-IS Contract" or "Florida Realtor Purchase Contract"

I'll have to admit, I'm pretty lazy when it comes to marketing. I mean lazy in the sense of doing physical work such as putting out signs, passing out flyers and knocking on doors. This is why PPC (Pay Per Click) is attractive to me.
Anyway, I've decided to go against Google's advice and put my ads up on the display network in addition to the search network. For those of you that don't know what that means, display network ads show up when people are browsing something similar to what you have to offer and your ad shows up on the right, top or left hand side of the site. Search network ads are the ones that show up after you conduct a search.
Yes, I've been getting some leads and calls only pushing the search network ads but I've found that I get a lot less traffic for the dollar. I've just made the adjustment to include display network ads yesterday after seeing a webinar with another Real Estate guy showing how he is racking in leads using facebook ads which is essentially a form of display network ads. I noticed that my traffic went up and my costs went down.
Sure, the quality might not be as good as the search traffic but after I get a certain amount of clicks, I'll be able to implement re-marketing - where once a user clicks on my ad, it will follow them around...forever. Or at least for 30 days.
I feel strongly about the power re-marketing has in my efforts to increase my PPC Marketing ROI (Return on Investment). Please feel free to comment and post any suggestions that you may have on anything that I've stated.
Thanks!

You can also try this formula in google:
"{County Name} Clerk of Courts Recorded Documents"
From there you'd want to utilized the property appraiser's website to make sure you have the addresses of where the landlord lives in order to send out the letters.

Go after counties that have frequent buying activity. Look for markets that are are starting to appreciate. I'f you're interested, I'd be willing to partner with you to go after overages in Miami Dade and Broward Counties in South FL. Let me know. People are overpaying at auctions over here left and right. Its starting to feel like 2005 all over again.

The first thing you'll need to do is some research. Look up information on the property through the county records in which the property is located. Male sure that the seller you're talking to is the one that owns the property. Then take a look at sales that took place in the last 6 months. Offer 65% less than the median sale.
