Cody L. Thank you. I keep hearing through my reading and listening to books and podcasts that Houston is a great market right now. What about it do you like or that drew you into that area? What are some things you look for when investing out of state? Thanks in advance.

A couple books I recommend is "The Millionaire Real Estate Investor" by Gary Keller And "The Real Book of Real Estate" by Robert Kiyosaki There are many more out there but that should get you started with your education journey. Hope that helps!

Hope this finds everyone doing well. I will be moving to the North San Diego County, CA next summer and am wondering what buy and hold strategies are working there? Is it mainly single family homes, multifamily, condos, etc? 

Basically, What is working for other buy and hold investors in that area? Thank you for the feedback!!!

Hello, I tried to order the book but it would allow me to use a military address. I'm stationed overseas so my address is an FPO address. Are you all not able to ship to those types of addresses?
