Good morning BP,

I recently got my real estate license over the summer and I am starting today. I have worked with contractors and developers over my high school career, but the transactions of real estate will be new to me. While trying to make money as a real estate agent, I am taking 15 hours in college. I have read books, blogs, and watched many videos on real estate investing and being a successful real estate agent. It seems all I read about getting started is to "just do it and start today." This is why I am starting in college. I am looking for other out there that have balance school or another and being a real estate agent before, and some tips of how to balance both. Besides that, any and all tips for a new realtor will be appreciated!

Thanks,

Sam

Hey, I am currently in college right now but love checking out real estate investment properties and really anything to do with real estate. With me being a full time student its tough to really invest in a rental home or some kind of rental property. Are there any suggestions on other ways to invest in real estate besides REITs in college? I have also seen a lot about crowd funding real estate investment firms and if anyone has dealt with them, are they any good?

Thanks,

Sam
