@Bjorn Ahlblad Thank you so much for the advice! I'll definitely look into that today. How do you find these groups? I found one group but they only meet once or twice a year and there is a fee to get in which is fine. I'd like to find people who are very involved and meet quite often. I've looked for facebook groups and I mostly find people posting off market deals and whatnot. Were you an investor when you lived here by any chance? Hows the U.S? Hello everyone,

I'm currently 20 years old looking for multifamily RE investors to talk to. I just really want to hear everyones story, gain more knowledge so I use these experiences. Recently i've been trying so hard to find owners of 12 plex, 32 plex you name it! I've spent countless hours on google maps looking for these properties just so I can get in contact with these owners take them to lunch and get their story. It's been really hard you can't just look them up like in the U.S you need a license here. Anybody know anyway around this? Or does anyone just want to chat? I'm so eager to learn if you have 2 minutes please just message me id love to talk. I'm also struggling to find people in my area to meet up with anybody know any tricks to meet investors?

@Eric Chang I'm reading this 3 years after you posted it. I'm very curious on where you are at with your career today! Do you have social media by any chance I'd love to speak with you and get your story.

What's up everyone? I'm currently a full time apprentice trying to acquire my mechanics license. For the past 8 months I've been non stop reading & educating myself from 5pm to 10pm, most weekends I stay inside and read. I spend all my time learning because I know how valuable it is. I'm looking to work for someone after hours because all I can offer right now is my time.. Theres always more to learn! I'm more than willing to work for free just to gain the experience. Anybody know how I could find someone to work for after 5 pm and on weekends? I just want to get involved so bad I am very hard working and very dedicated.
