Curious what your current goals are for your properties in Toledo, and are you looking for the same thing in other parts of Ohio, or something different?

Hi Aron, welcome to the BP forums! With your experience I can imagine exploring other markets will at least be a tad easier for you than for a total newbie. I have heard about eviction cases in NYC from some of our clients, which is why they do tend to look here in Ohio. We aren't perfect, but definitely have more favor for landlords than NY does.

Hi Mario, section 8 rentals can be a great market to get into. We manage many rental properties here in Cincinnati, Oh, with most of our owners/landlords out of state and out of country. I will DM you!

I haven't ran into too many CPAs on here, that I can think of. I might have someone that could help though. He is a CPA in Cincinnati, although since it is still busy season for him he might not be freed up for a few months.
