Sooooo....I finally leaped!  My company is official.  Handed out my first 10 business cards yesterday (to my mom :-)) so now my mind is playing tricks on me.  "Am I ready to answer calls?"  "Can I deliver?"  "What if I can't meet the RE needs of the callers?"  OMG I am low-key freaking out.  Aside from handing out business cards, I've been telling friends and family about my new RE company and how I've been studying RE for years.  Now I'm getting messaged about finding them they're own rental properties.

Our business mission is to buy, sale and lease properties.  We only have one rental under renovation and I'm having a hard time finding funding for the next property.  The ball is rolling and I don't know if I can keep up.  Any advice is welcomed!  Please!

I’m currently dealing with the same problem. The advice I was given, aside from private investors, was seek financing from your local credit unions first, then banks. I’m sitting inside a local credit union at this very moment hoping to get approval. Wish me luck and best of luck to you!

@Caleb Heimsoth OMG, $3-$5K a month!  The  funny thing is, I'm enrolled in RE school but I was told that having my license could potentially cause issues for my investment business.  I'm so torn.

To simplify my post I'm asking how to develop my buyers list?  If this isn't the first step what is?

So I just retired from the military last December so before I get tied down by another job I want to give 100% to real estate but I need help.  We bought our first property about a month ago and it's still sitting gutted and empty.  More to come on that but I'm here seeking some guidance/a mentor to help me to get starting with wholesaling.  Currently I'm working on finding buyers to create a list but how?  Any advice?

Great job! I’m looking to use the BRRRR strategy for my first upcoming deal but when I ran the numbers, I got Inf% cash on cash ROI. What does this mean?
