Ok I'm being told that paying off a mortgage with a low interest is not a sound business move. I accept/believe the concept but I don't understand the concept. If I have a loan at 3% and current mortgages are 5%. Why is paying off the loan not a good idea?

Thanks!  Checked prior landlord and EVICTION!   Tenant didn't mention that.  If fact stated No Evictions.  This was a hard NO!  Thanks again.

How important is a 600+ credit score when the lease is 30 days to 6 months.

If I'm renting to traveling nurses or business people they usually are only there for 30 to 90 days.

@Paul Vail

Something else to be concerned about Meth houses is; where the occupants were dumping their waste chemicals. Sometimes it’s in the backyard, not just down the drains.

@Amy K Foster

Congratulations. I know it is scary but you will never regret this. I bought two homes back in 2018 in Clarksville and when they closed my friend described exactly how I was feeling.

“Yeah!!!!! We closed!!!!! ………

Oh s**t!!!! We closed!!!!

Welcome and Congratulations again.

@Richard Lundy Jri

I have used PMI Clarksville for my 3 properties in Clarksville for the last 5 years and am very happy with them. They are fair but firm with the residents and have provided me good service. The owners are retired military and run their company in that manner. Larry, Bill, Brittany, Crystal and Carl are a great team. I try to stay away from the gigantic companies. Good Luck!

@Leela Gutta. Ok I have 2 SFR's in Buckeye, that are managed by this team. I've used various PM companies over the years and these guys are the best by far. They are friendly, professional and no nonsense. I have investor friends, who use them and they think as highly of them as I do. Don't hesitant to mention my name if you talk to them.

@Pierce Wickens

Ok those guys are dating themselves and so am I because I know what they are referring to: The Last Train to Clarksville was a hit song of The Monkees, a rock band from the 70’s. A little additional information, Clarksville was also the home town of Sgt. Carter from the show Gomer Pyle. They have a statue of Sgt Vince Carter in their downtown. Trivia is my life!
