Armando Montelongo...that guy's a character. I've never met him personally but his "on screen" persona was mind-boggling! I think he may have moved from residential to commercial properties though. The "other brother" David might still be doing residential properties.

I wouldn't mind selling them a wholesale deal, if they're interested! lol
