Thank you for the message, and I'll definitely download the book. I will look into setting up an LLC for sure, and for the banking, I've already have that setup, I used to live in Arizona.

It's getting cold up in Merritt and Kelowna area for sure, we've had snow already in some of the areas around. I do live in a great city but there's no chance of getting any cash flow on any of the properties in Vancouver or Kelowna area, that's why I'm looking into coming down to US.

Thank you for the message. I've done some market research already and for the most part I like Chicago and Indy as well in that area. If it's ok with you I'll connect with you to learn little more about what you've done and understand more of what I need to know as being a Canadian.

Hi everyone. This is my first post on BP. I'm planing to take a trip down to the midwest in November (Chicago, Detroit, Cleveland, and Indy) to get some understanding on these markets and setup a team in one of these cities. I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions on realtors, and property management companies, etc. Any information or feedback would be greatly appreciated.
