@Omar Khan

I'm under contract on the first multi family property in Cincinnati, I'll be there next week and if inspection goes well, that would take down 4 out of the 8-14 units that I need to do this year. I'll update you guys on it.

Cheers,

Hello fellow BP members,

I was wondering what you guys would do with $200k cash. I'm hoping to get some creative answers.

Would you invest in multifamily 5+ unit (building)? Would you invest in multiple properties (multifamily 1-4)? or any other ideas that would be interesting to look at.

Thank you in advance,

@Aman Dhaliwal

I haven't closed on any properties yet, but looking in the east side of Cincinnati, and my thoughts are, from the 5-7 cities that I did my home work on, Cincinnati and Columbus came 1st and 2nd, so I'm very hopeful that I can lock some properties really soon to meet my goals.

I'm curious why you bought out in Clifton.

Post: Canadian looking for lenders in US

Good evening BP,

I'm looking for a lender In US that can work with a Canadian. I've spoken with Canadian banks that have branches within US, some of them don't lend in the state that I'm looking for properties and the others would want 50% downpayment. Also the lenders that I've spoken with in US are asking for if I have any Visa.

Long story short, I haven't been able to lock down a lender that can either lend to me or refinance if I pay for the property in cash.

Thanks everyone in advance for any advice.

Hi @Brianne H.

I was wondering if you found a lender that can work with you in US. I'm going through this process myself. I was down in Columbus and Cincinnati area last week, and have started to work with some realtors, but I'm having a really hard time finding lenders to work with me.

Thank you in advance,
