Thank you all for the input. After doing some research I think that the appraisal is a lot f work and an investment to work under someone after the course or about 2 years won't be it's rested. But I spoke to a realtor friend and he suggested INSPECTOR she say there is a shortage and they make decent income. Anyone a inspect? The course is also long though 450hours compared to 180house of real estate salesmen. I'm leaning now toward inspector because I think it gives you more of a inside look on real estate as I plan to get Into buy and hold

First one 20k cash, 2nd 38k did 20 cash and a small personal loan on the rest. Which is almost paid off.

how do I do a title search about a property that will be going up for auction? is there a way i can do this for free ? whats the best way to go about it if i want to look up a few properties?? who does this? i just learned about this, but was told to do my researsh on the properties as there might be liens, morgage, backed up taxes. how do i obtain and learn all this about it before going to the auction and not getting stuck in a hole. t
