This month we will be going over buy & hold rental properties. We will review real life examples of a rental properties AND their financials in a Case Study. This is where planning meets action!

He has a ton of experience working with investors and is a must-have on any landlord's team. He will share a wealth of information on how long-term financing works for rental properties and what you need to do to get your loans closed.
