Hi! I know this post is a year ago but do you guys happen to have any updates on smartland? I am considering investing with them but I want to know your experiences and how close you are to the cash flow that's being advertised.

If you think you will refi down the line to get cash out for your other deals, variable is probably what I would pick but true if its for buy and hold fixed definitely.

Thank you for all your inputs! I think I will try to find a deal at my local State (WA) for now, I don't feel very comfortable going OOS and Turnkey as my first deal. I really appreciate the inputs :)
