Sorry for the delay, @Todd Noe, it just got posted on Meetup.com.  Next Friday, May 10th.  This events topic is on short term rentals.  We are under Rogue Valley Real Estate Investors Network.

@Todd Noe, I am currently over in Medford flipping and buying rentals. I also own a building in Klamath Falls however am not looking to expand in that market.
