Have you ever asked, "What kind of houses are investors buying?" This is your chance to see it from the start! We will be opening up a property that was just closed on. Work will begin soon, so come see it in the condition it was purchased and watch the entire process unfold. We will answer questions and have everyone create a budget to see if they would have done the deal. 

We will be at the house from 5-6pm, then move down to Grape Street Bar & Grill for refreshments and more real estate conversations.

I don't fully know what it is your are asking as I think auto-correct may have mangled your question.  To cover some of the possible bases, (1) there are not any other meetups that I know of; (2) there are usually between 15-25 people that show up to our meetings.  We have over 100 members, but many have never shown up and others show up sporadically.  It is a great place to network; we would love to have you and/or your brother check it out!

Is it really possible to buy a property with no money down? There may be ways, and while this strategy is not one of them, it will show you how to END UP with a property no cash out of pocket. If you are low on capital, this could be your path into real estate ownership.  Venue to be determined.

The Rich Dad Poor Dad Cashflow 101 game has helped many people visualize the power of cashflow in a fun way. We are going to get together for a very informal game night that could set you on a whole new path in your real estate investing! We only have one game board but if there are enough players we will do our best to create another board (or two if need be!). This game can take several hours to complete (think Monopoly) so showing up on time will help us complete it by closing at 9.
