Work will begin soon, so come see it in the condition it was purchased and watch the entire process unfold. We will answer questions and have everyone create a budget to see if they would have done the deal.
We will be at the house from 5-6pm, then move down to Grape Street Bar & Grill for refreshments and more real estate conversations.
