I have a house on 5 acres that is 3200sf. When I bought it it only was a 4/1 now it's a 5/2. I would like to pull out as much as I can to start and buy a multi unit. Looking to find someone that would be an ongoing relationship.

@Alex Bekeza

Thank you i am looking at all my opinions. Any info is well come.

@Alex Bekeza on commercial lending do you need a higher percentage down for a smaller multi-family home for 2 to 4. I have been looking to buy my first this year. And haven't thought about commercial lending to do so. Would like to learn more.
