Finding a good broker

I have a house on 5 acres that is 3200sf. When I bought it it only was a 4/1 now it's a 5/2. I would like to pull out as much as I can to start and buy a multi unit. Looking to find someone that would be an ongoing relationship.

@Ryan Mitchell use the infamous loop net strategy to connect with brokers in your area.
