@Greg Dickerson

How would you go about investing in a time like this? I’m currently waiting until the dust settles

Many top investment/capital companies are shorting the CMBS.

Any thoughts?

@Travis Wells I personally hand wrote letter to cherry pick properties that I wanted to target. I ended up with 3 responses out of 20 letters one of which I met a landlord that was retiring from the game. Him and I are working together so I can buy a few of his properties over the next few weeks. My advise keep grinding!!

I’m closing on my first student housing property this coming week. The property has 10 room and 4 bathrooms. Some room for an additional 2 rooms in the finished basement and a garage conversation to a duplex on the property as well.

What are some downsides to student housing properties? Are there management companies that focus on these types of properties?
