Moving from Triplex to bigger deals

How can I get into MF investing?

I’ve completed a few triplex deals which I’m currently holding. I tend to hear it’s not based on the individual it’s based on the property? Is that actually true?

How can I make the move?

Ryan

@Ryan Larsen yes you are correct. On the larger assets banks are looking at the NOI and DSCR to cover the mortgage not your income, however, the key principle needs to meet experience, liquidity and net worth requirements to qualify as the Guarantor for the loan. You can pay someone to do this or bring in a partner if you have a good deal.
