Each month we have 1 special guest who I will sit down with for a podcast style interview to learn about them, learn from their past, and hear what they're working on today. Next I'll do a short Q&A before opening it up for Q&A with the entire group!

@Andrew Diamond Brandon is an excellent investor-agent in the Hartford county area.. what he said is exactly what you need to do.

Go on those facebook groups, drop your email to every wholsaler, review the deals, be proactive in calling the wholesalers and tell them exactly what you're looking for, follow up with them quickly, and often.. Also, keep an eye on MLS properties, plenty of stuff in that area, and inventory is sitting slightly longer than before.. you could definitely still find a deal if you stay on top of what's available.

Our meet-up is currently run at Bear's BBQ Restaurant & Bar in New Haven, we meet monthly and have been running for a few years now.
