The school district game is a tough one in Houston. Are you looking burbs or city?

Lots of inner city kids busing across the district in magnet programs or in private schools. It’s confusing even for someone with kids in school here.

Depends on where it is? A 2/2 in the heights, midtown, eado could be a good find. A 2/2 in sunny side or the burbs is questionable.

It is located in the 3rd ward, but why have they not leased it in 4+ months and are losing money on it? 

Well for 1 it’s a 3/1. There are plenty on newer 3/2 in area just south of 610 that a builder is building to rent. 3/1 in this area will have higher days on market and lower rent even though this interior rehab was done well.

What’s your air b&b cashflow projections out there? Will it be recreational lake/golf renters being in the burbs?
