I'm looking to make my first commercial investment and would love to meet some experienced investors on Long Island. Hi Anastasia!  Well I'm starting a real estate investment business on the side right now and I'm looking to network with other investors in New Jersey.  Whether it's someone to partner up with or just someone to bounce ideas off of.  Myself and 3 other colleagues are in the early stages of our research and we're hoping to make our first purchase this year.  How about yourself?

I'm a commercial real estate appraiser in New Jersey, have an MS in real estate and been working in the industry for 5 years.  My goal is to start building a portfolio of commercial and residential properties as a side business and eventually become a full time investor.  Through my job I have many connections in the real estate community, but I'm looking to meet investors or potential partners to help each build our businesses.
