Ahshar,

All of Saint Petersburg has good potential for rental properties. The south side may have slightly more troublesome tenants from time to time, but is still not to bad. I am currently selling a few rental properties on the north side of Saint Petersburg. PM me and we can talk a little more if you are interested. My investors are making a killing right now from flipping.

Hello BP and members,

I am work as an Independent Contractor for New Western Acquisitions, a wholesale real estate brokerage in Saint Petersburg, Florida. Although we have numerous leads/investors given to us, it is highly encouraged to build leads on your own.

I am just wondering what are some of your ways to build new clients or investors who want to fix and flip or buy and hold distressed properties. I typically try to use social media a lot, i.e., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn. I also understand going to meetups and seminars. I just want to know if there are any other ways to build my database of investors.

Thanks everyone!
