Vacant property i came across. The owner is deceased. The city filed for foreclosure in Oct 2022 against the son who neighbors tell me “ran out of town.” Deadlock on front door. Bank does not own property yet. Seems lime property in limbo between being foreclosed. Is there a way to save it from foreclosure at this point?

This an extremely open ended question. I am wondering in ball park numbers how much rehab projects on a home cost (with labor). Such as roof, water heater, windows etc. I know people are super busy but Id love to have a google meet or if near me id definitely pay for some coffee or lunch to talk some more about it! Thank you!

@Jewel B. that is awesome! It was a good discussion. I havent ever thought about pursuing wholesaling till listening. Seems wickedly competitive but worthwhile for a few aspects. How long have you been wholesaling?
