The in between
Vacant property i came across. The owner is deceased. The city filed for foreclosure in Oct 2022 against the son who neighbors tell me “ran out of town.” Deadlock on front door. Bank does not own property yet. Seems lime property in limbo between being foreclosed. Is there a way to save it from foreclosure at this point?
