Stephen Salerno Y'alls conference room would be a great venue if people can handle the location. How does Addison sound to others?

James Mudd that would be great. Maybe set up a Google form for folks to fill out as an RSVP so we know how many to expect.

The Ft. Worth crew might have a hard time with Top Golf in Dallas although that place is a great time. Las Colinas is pretty central and Arlington would be too. Arlington Heights has several restaurants. I'm in for whatever y'all decide. Appreciate the thought!

Hey Martin Vergara,

Jonathan Prewitt is right. Those areas are all extremely desirable and you can still find properties that are reasonably priced enough to cash flow.

Hey Matthew S.,

Welcome! A ton of wisdom in these forums, especially from guys that have been around a while. Read everything you can from Jon Klaus, its great stuff and its invaluable that he's been working in DFW.

Hey Otis,

Glad you found your way to BP. The people here are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend connecting with Jerry Puckett if you have a chance. The guys knows his stuff and is great at marketing.

Best of luck!
