I am an agent here in DFW so that is what I do! Are you wanting to invest in single family properties or multifamily? Send me a message if you would like to discuss further.

@John Lard As @Jerry Puckett mentioned I am a Realtor here in Dallas and would value an opportunity to serve you. I am currently working with 2 other out-of-state clients looking for SFH buy and hold properties. Feel free to call, text, or email if you would like to explore working together.

Hey Grant!

Welcome to BP. If you still have your realtor's license active that can be a big benefit to you. Glad you're on here.

I completely agree with @Stephen Salerno

Most buyers in DFW are glad to see that the foundation has already been addressed. With properties in DFW its pretty much a given that foundation work will be needed at some point or another.

Post: Tips for working with RE agents to get comps

Hey David,

I am a Realtor and I provide comps for wholesalers. What I ask is that if the wholesaler comes across a seller that is not a great candidate for a wholesale deal that they simply refer that business to me as a listing agent. Most of those you speak with wont be that motivated and are actually better candidates for a retail sale.

I am currently working with an out-of-state buyer who has asked for referrals for property management companies.

Right now we are looking in the northern DFW part of the metroplex. Little Elm, Providence Village, Cross Roads, Prosper, etc.

Any property managers who would like a referral? Or anyone who has had a great experience with a management company that you could pass along?

Thanks!

Dallas, Fort Worth, Plano, Frisco, Little Elm, Denton

@Chris Feltus is right. And expect to pay about $1,300 just to get started (education, NAR membership, supra key, etc). Most brokers won't take you on unless your are a "Realtor", although I am sure you could find one who would.
