Hi everyone. I've been listening to the podcast since show 3 and am finally writing on BP. I know, im a bum. I've enjoyed every second of it and am close to buying first investment property. I'm thinking a buy and hold primary for the cash flow. Glad to be here and thanks to everyone who has contributed to the forums. It helps tremendously to us folks who are starting out
