Hi guys! My name is Grant and as it says above I live in McKinney Texas. I was a realtor for four years here in McKinney until I started my landscaping business. I'm looking to start flipping homes to build up some cash to then reinvest into rentals. I've realized that the older I get I won't be able to continue landscaping in the Texas heat lol. I listen to every book I can about investing while I'm out landscaping and am finally ready to pull the trigger. I've got my finances lined up and have the know how to fix up a home. My goal is to have my first property before I'm 30, end of this year. If you guys have any advise for a newbie it is greatly appreciated. I'm also looking for a mentor. Thanks.
