Hi Robert thanks for asking.  It was vacant when we got the property, and we are getting 1,200 on one side and 900 on the other so 2,100 total.   We did do more work one side with basically a brand new kitchen.

Looking for some advice on a Dayton, OH property to Flip, it is in Oakwood and from what I can see the numbers work but have questions about the market in that area.  Is there anyone with experience in that area of Dayton?
