I’ve been super busy at work and dealing with issues at the commercial building I purchased mid 2017 (hard freeze, busted water lines, been down a week) and missed the last 2 BP podcast! I just subscribed and downloaded your podcast and I’m looking forward to hearing it and catching up on the others! Congratulations!

Hi Andrew Domingues We use the PM version of Rentec Direct and have been pleased so far. Online payments is definitely the way to go, but as others have mentioned already, it's not popular with the older crowd.
