I think this is an incredible idea.  Just recently purchased a hand writing machine.  Looking to send the letters out shortly and hoping for the best!

If you look a half hour north of Boca Raton you get into high demand properties that are reasonably priced and cashflow unbelievably even if buying turn-key!

Completed two deals. The better of the two is a long distance deal. Living in New York is not conducive to beginner investors so we looked into property in Florida and found an amazing duplex. It now cash-flows like crazy and the amount of monthly work on my part is a 5 minute phone call to property management and book keeping.
