@Brock Mogensen, I scheduled a demo with their team and it looks like a great product. Thank you for the recommendation.

My partners and I own an 86 unit property in IL that has good bones. We are trying to figure out if we should sell the property or dig our heels in and develop it into a Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (previous use of the building prior to us purchasing it) … any advice from experienced BP members is appreciated!

86 units

10+ acres with a pond

Development costs approx $3.5 million

Post: Typical Return for Multifamily Investors

I am curious what the "going rate" is for the return that investors in multifamily properties can expect. Specifically, I am looking for annualized cash-on-cash returns for investors in a property that is syndicated. We are looking to raise capital in the coming months, but wanted to make sure that we are an attractive option for potential investors. Thank you for your feedback!

I am looking for software that will assist with the syndication process. We have a property in IL that we are looking to raise capital to stabilize and we want to be organized, professional, and efficient. Any help is appreciated! TIA

I am based in San Diego and I am looking to invest in a market outside of my area. I would like to find a market that is (at least minimally) cash flow positive from the jump, but I am also very interested in appreciation. Am I looking for a unicorn? Or are there markets where this exists in CA, AZ, and/or NV?? Thanks in advance for the help!
