Typical Return for Multifamily Investors

I am curious what the "going rate" is for the return that investors in multifamily properties can expect. Specifically, I am looking for annualized cash-on-cash returns for investors in a property that is syndicated. We are looking to raise capital in the coming months, but wanted to make sure that we are an attractive option for potential investors. Thank you for your feedback!

@Ryan A Shumaker An attractive cash-on-cash return is 7% to 8% with the current market conditions, with an average annual return somewhere between 16% and 20%.
